It can be setup with a simple MS Access database or a robust MS SQL database in heavy load environments. Users can easily search articles, browse through them and optionally create new cases.
A web based admin page can be used to maintain the database.

Requirements: · Server: Windows 2000 Pro/Server, Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP Pro running IIS with MDAC 2.8 and VBScript 5.6. · Client: all applications have been tested with Internet Explorer 6.0 with javascript and at least session/temporary cookies enabled, although other browsers should work fine in general (note that some functions are IE only). · Admins: Basic IIS and Windows Server knowledge is needed for advanced configuration options and troubleshooting. · For most applications you need to install an ActiveX control on the webserver!
